Double Investment

Not only have we stated that the location of this project is untouchable to others out there, but according to Newsweek, Brookline is one of fifteen schools in Massachusetts that has been ranked as being in the magazine's top 1,200 high schools in the United States. This ranking was based on the school's participation in college-level tests such as the Advanced Placement (AP). These kinds of AP courses are beneficial because they not only push students to excel in challenging subjects, but they provide them with an opportunity to get a head start on their college career by potentially earning college credit if they score high enough on the AP exams.

This ranking makes Hammondswood at Chestnut Hill a "double" investment, one that invests in both a child's future and the buyer's future.
